Our Policy

Thank you for shopping at Heidi-Ho2.  Everything you see on our website is actually in store and inspected to make sure you are receiving exactly what your ordered.  Occasionally an item may be sold in store before and item is picked, in this case we will refund immediately.

Online Returns

Regular priced items can be returned  within 14 days of receiving your purchase for an online or in store credit.  Please email heidi@ho2.ca  for a Return Authorization Number.  Please make sure to follow our Return Policy so we may complete the process successfully.

Items must be returned in their original state, unworn with all tags in place  to receive a store credit which can be used either online or in-store.

Customers can arrange to bring returns back in person or via shipping.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs back to the store.  A store credit will be emailed to you.  The credit can be used online or in store with no expiry date.

Final Sale Items not eligible for exchange or in store credit note include sale items 50% or more off, face masks, hair accessories, hats and socks.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.  This precaution will ensure when your returned item has arrived at the store or possibly wrongly delivered somewhere else.
