LOCAL DELIVERY

For eligible orders over $100 "Local Delivery" will appear as an option during the checkout. The delivery zones are set by postal code.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Canada Post is our default shipper.

Although extremely rare, Heidi-Ho2 is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring during the shipping process. On the rare occasions that this does occur, we will provide you with all of the information that you need to locate your package and provide all required documentation and information that the shipper requests from you. Once goods have been shipped you agree and understand that Heidi-Ho2 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred subsequent to shipping your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is automatically calculated by Canada Post or UPS.

TAXES, DUTIES and TARRIFS

Orders shipped to the U.S.A are not subject to any sales tax upon checkout. You will be charged sales tax according to your shipping state when the item/items are delivered. You are responsible for your state duty, customs charges and Tarrifs 

REFUSED PACKAGE/WRONG ADDRESS


In the event that an order is sent back to us due to the package being refused or undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the shipping amount for it to come back to us. Once the package is in our possession, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.
